Qualified with a Diploma in property services, Scott commenced his real estate career in 2002 with experience in sales, hotel and strata management. Scott built and established our strata management division, which now manages some of the largest schemes in the state. With his strong experience in new developments, Scott is always at the forefront of delivering tailored and quality services. Scott has also successfully led the expansion of the business to provide building management and concierge services.

Serena has been working for Care Property since 2020. She was quickly promoted from Receptionist to Strata Assistant and then to Strata Manager, a position she has held since 2022. Serena has over 10 years experience in hospitality management and is finishing up a Bachelors of Commerce degree majoring in Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management and another Bachelors degree in Marketing. Whilst she is young, she is extremely professional, with an attention to detail and prides herself on offering the best customer service to all of her clients.

Originally starting in Property Management with PRD Real Estate in Broome, I moved into the Strata division doing administration and accounting, having previous experience. After moving to Perth for family reasons I worked remotely for a year before coming on board with the Care Property Strata team, starting as an assistant before moving to a Strata Manager whilst maintaining the accounting side of my portfolio. Accounting is something I love to do.

I have been in the Real Estate industry for almost 30 years, first commencing my career in the seaside city of Mandurah where I completed my Property Investment Management qualifications. Enjoying all the challenges that the industry offers, I quickly completed by Strata Agent Management Course and Sales Representatives License and became a REIWA accredited Residential Property Management Specialist. I joined the PRD team in 2016 and now oversee the ever-growing Strata Management Portfolio. I enjoy working with our fantastic team of Strata Managers, agents and administration staff and am using my extensive skills in the industry as well as expanding my experience with further training and growth. Always looking to improve myself and the team, I always aim to upkeep my skills and keep up to date with changes to the industry. I look forward to always bringing new ideas into the office, creating efficiency and inspiration!
